What Working Together Looks Like

Intro Call

We start with a private 20-minute call. I ask a few questions, then the floor is yours. You get a feel for how I coach. I get a sense of whether this work fits where you are now.

Sometimes the honest answer is that it's not the time. If you're in survival mode, you need stability first, not coaching. I'll tell you that plainly. I won't sell you something that won't actually help.

Weekly Sessions

If we both decide to move forward, we meet weekly for 50-minute Zoom sessions. The weekly rhythm matters. This isn't advice to take home and remember. It's a steady space where we do the real work together.

The real progress happens between sessions, as you live what we've worked on. We meet, make sense of it, you carry it into daily life, and we build from there.

BoxWork™

BoxWork is the framework I developed to do this work. It goes beneath the surface, where the real material lives.

Think of your mind like a house. The upper floor is your conscious life, where you work, set goals, and build relationships. The basement is your subconscious, filled with thousands of closed boxes. Each one holds a belief.

You don't know the boxes are there. But what's inside them is the program running your life.

You don't know the boxes are there. But what's inside them is the program running your life.

The Warning Signs

You know it's time for basement work when:

  • You repeat the same patterns in your relationships, no matter who you're with.
  • You have an emotional reaction far bigger than the moment that triggered it.
  • You can't answer "How are you, really?" without going numb or answering on autopilot.
  • You erase your own opinions to keep everyone else comfortable.

BoxWork is the process of going downstairs together and sorting through what's there.

The Three Phases of BoxWork

Phase 1:

Establish the Standard

Before we open a single box, we identify your values. Mapping your core values first creates the lens we evaluate everything else through. The beliefs we uncover later get measured against this standard.

Phase 2:

Open and Sort

We find a current point of friction in your life and trace it down to the basement. We open the box and look at what's inside: the quiet, everyday assumptions you live by, so familiar you've stopped noticing them. Things like "expressing my needs is selfish" or "showing emotion makes me weak." To you, they feel like facts. That's where a coach helps — mirroring back what you can't see on your own.

Phase 3:

Make It Your Own

My goal is to be temporary in your life. I sit beside you as a guide while you learn how the sorting works. As your awareness and inner stability grow, we space our sessions out. Every two weeks, then monthly, until you're running the process on your own.

You came to be coached.

You'll leave able to coach yourself.

The Result: Connection That Actually Holds

Once you're solidly connected to yourself, with clear values and beliefs you actually chose, something becomes possible that wasn't before.

You can show up in your closest relationships as the person you really are. You stop performing. You stop disappearing. You connect from a place of security instead of scrambling, and the people you love get to connect to a more genuine you.

This work doesn't end, and it isn't meant to. The goal was never perfection. It's staying connected to yourself, and choosing that again every day.

This isn't about scripts or communication hacks.

It's the lasting foundation
your relationships
gets built on.
